Thought it was very overpriced for what it is

The apartments were soundproof. The breakfast pack was good value.

Absence of balcony/patio setting.

Great aircon, pet friendly, welcoming staff, spacious rooms, excellent kitchen facilities, clean linen.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of Tamworth. The location was perfect, being centrally located and close to the city center. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony where I could sit and enjoy the sun. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for me to cook my own meals. The apartment was also incredibly clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated their assistance and friendly service.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It was a truly enjoyable experience, with its central location, comfortable amenities, and excellent service.

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience staying in an apartment. The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom. the location was perfect as it was situated near to many local attractions and shops. I also enjoyed the fact that the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

There were some small details that could have been improved. One of the negatives was that the TV reception wasn't great and the signal kept dropping out.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was clean, had great facilities including a nice pool, and offered convenient parking. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center, shops, and restaurants. In addition, we enjoyed the lush grassed area at the rear of the establishment.

The mini bar was fully stocked and the staff were friendly. Its location was perfect and the bedding was quite comfortable.
